Modern Agriculture Course – 26 September 2019 (Thursday)
A half-day short course on the “Modern Agriculture Course” was organised by the Green and Sustainable Energy (GSEnergy) Focus Group in collaboration with FKEE Staff Club (KSFKEE) and Pejabat Pertanian, Daerah Batu Pahat. This course took place on the 26th of September 2019 at FKEE’s Seminar 1 Room (Block G1). The main objective of the short course is to expose the fundamental concept of modern agriculture and farming practice to the staff and students. The short course was delivered by Mr. Muhamad Izad bin Zolzali who is currently an Assistant Officer (Special Programs and Communications) at Pejabat Pertanian Daerah Batu Pahat. This course consists of two sessions. The first session focussed on the theoretical part and the second session focussed on the practical part. The sharing of knowledge and current practice on modern agriculture and farming practice have truly made this course a valuable learning experience for the participants. A total of 40 participants attended this course.
