Industrial Short Course On The “Introduction to Pneumatic and Hydraulic Automation” – 4 to 5 July 2019 (Thursday and Friday)

A 2-day hands-on short course on the “Introduction to Pneumatic and Hydraulic Automation”, was conducted by FKEE to the technical staff of Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad from the 4th until 5th of July 2019. The short course was organized by UTHM Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (A Wholly-Owned Company of UTHM) and K-Utech Edu Sdn. Bhd. (Subsidiary of UTHM Holdings Sdn Bhd).
The short course was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Ir. Dr. Tee Kian Sek and he was assisted by Mr. Rabani bin Adnan, at the Industrial Control Laboratory in FKEE. The content of the course was divided into two parts - the lecture and practical session. The lectures were on the engineering working principles of pneumatic and hydraulic devices, precaution during handling high pressure, and also on health and safety (OSH) concern while the practical session focused on the pneumatic and control using the laboratory facilities.
